In addition to our 250+ highly skilled manufacturing workforce, we also have over 30 team members dedicated to product design, process research & material development.

The Neocon design team has extensive experience in Automotive & Industrial Design. Our creative team highlights the ideal customer experience which helps define the product characteristics needed for the conceptual phase. From here the Design can be tailored for brand integration. Throughout every project, we maintain a consistent digital workflow that allows our customers to review the design process as it evolves from 2-dimensional illustrations, 3D renderings to fully engineered prototypes.
