A broken cooler and the need for "a better way" led to the founding of the company's name and ethos; "Neo" meaning New, "Con" short for Concepts. With this direction at heart, small Neocon got its foot in the door of leading automotive giants.

Today we continue to satisfy over 25 automotive brands, developing new automotive accessories, and improving on past products. Our production capabilities have seen linear growth along with increased efficiencies.
