Manufacturing is the heart of our business and we strive to constantly evolve our production techniques. With new production techniques comes efficiency and the ability to achieve unique offerings. We invest in the latest technologies and have the habit of developing proprietary hardware in order to get the job done.

Environmental Responsibility

We realize the importance of minimizing our environmental footprint. By utilizing recycled material in our proprietary blend and incorporating a material recycling process into our facility we have brought our waste down below 2% and divert over 1,000,000 plastic bottles from the landfill annually. In addition to reducing waste, we have converted our facility into a production industry leader in efficiency by implementing energy recovery systems and sticking to a strict regiment of equipment management.

Knowledge Sharing

We have committed ourselves to take the time to pass on knowledge and develop a culture of growth from within. Many of our leading team members have been with Neocon for most of its existence, growing and learning to rise to the increasing potential. Additionally, Neocon works closely with leading Business and Engineering Universities in Atlantic Canada, acting as an incubator for young minds and a landing pad for new professionals.

Quality products start with design but the process doesn't stop there. We go out of our way to insure consistency at every step of our process. Thanks to to our commitment to our ISO 14001 certification we have a strong base when it coes to quality but it doesn't end there. Thanks to our in house Engineering team, we're able to work quickly on problems when they arise. This combination insures only quality products leave our building on time.

We recognize the importance of working with and sourcing as locally as possible. We approach this focus on a micro and macro level, bringing attention to local responsibilities around our facilities along with a respect for the greater network existing within North America. Our HQ located within an Eastern transport hub gives us the ability to both import and export throughout the continent with ease.
